Project Role : AI / ML Engineer

Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
Research, implement, and evaluate advanced AI techniques that can be transitioned into production agentic systems.
Hands-on ability to use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Jupyter, Hugging Face and Weights Biases or MLflow to reproduce papers, implement model and agent experiments, generate evaluation pipelines and convert successful notebooks into tested packages or services.
Must have built substantive AI systems or research implementations beyond coursework.



Preference will be given to candidates whose work has been deployed or integrated into real products.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Implement experiments involving foundation models, agents, retrieval, reasoning, or multimodal AI.

- Build datasets, benchmarks, evaluation harnesses, and reproducible pipelines.

- Analyze model behavior, errors, robustness, latency, and cost.

- Convert successful experiments into modular, tested engineering components.

- Collaborate with production engineers to integrate and validate new methods.

- Track relevant research and reproduce promising techniques.

- Document findings, trade-offs, and implementation guidance.

Skilled Technical Skills:

- Python, machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.

- Model APIs, open models, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.

- Experimental design, statistical validity, and reproducibility.

- Moving beyond notebooks into tested services, libraries, or pipelines.
