About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end technical recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work on multiple IT requirements within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable technical candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure successful onboarding and joining of candidates.

Required Skills

- Mandatory experience in C2H IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the complete IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good understanding of technical skills and IT technologies.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Eligibility

- 24 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in C2H Recruitment.
- Complete technical recruitment experience is required.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Willing to work from the Bangalore office (HSR Layout, Ring Road).
