We're Hiring Urgent | Finance Controller | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join a leading organization in the Mining Industry.
Location: Pune
Experience: 5+ years post-qualification experience (Mandatory)
Qualification: CA / CMA(Qualified)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, audits, and internal controls.
Monitor project costing, cost control, and profitability analysis for mining operations.
Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.
Partner with business leaders to support strategic financial decisions and process improvements.

Mandatory Requirements:
CA or CMA qualification.
Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience.
At least 3 years of experience in the Mining Industry or Mining Projects is mandatory.
