Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Corporate Trainer

Company: Enlink Managed Services
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

About the Role:
Enlink Managed Services is looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and hiring Corporate Trainers across niche technologies and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

- 23 years of experience in sourcing or hiring Corporate Trainers.
- Hands-on experience in technical sourcing across niche technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Google X-Ray Search, and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Valuable understanding of Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, ERP, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and emerging technologies.




- Ability to source senior-level and highly specialized Corporate Trainers.
- Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify experienced Corporate Trainers for technical and functional training requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms to build a strong trainer pipeline.
- Perform advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify niche talent.
- Screen trainer profiles based on technical expertise and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely profile submissions.
- Build and maintain a database of freelance and corporate trainers.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and emerging skill demands.
- Maintain sourcing trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Mandatory).
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
