Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Engineering Leadership: Lead Aerospace Engineering across design, analysis, tooling, and manufacturing engineering; define strategy aligned with business and customer objectives.
- Design & Development: Oversee development of metallic and composite aerospace structures, ensuring robust DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, configuration, and change management.
- Manufacturing & NPI: Drive DFM/DFA, tooling, process optimization, NPI, industrialization, and production readiness.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to AS9100, NADCAP, FAA/EASA, and customer-specific standards; support audits and corrective actions.
- Program & Customer Management: Serve as the engineering interface for customers, RFQs, technical proposals, feasibility,



and program milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, digital engineering, CAD/CAE, PLM, and engineering best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

18+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, including 8+ years in senior engineering leadership roles, driving technical strategy, innovation, and organizational growth.

Proven expertise in aerospace structures, composite and metallic systems, advanced manufacturing technologies, and cross-functional engineering operations.
