Location: Rama University, Kanpur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Rama University is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. Candidates with prior experience in higher education institutions/universities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for academic and non-academic positions.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and university policies.
- Manage performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and compliance audits.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and HR process improvement.

Eligibility





- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 812 years of HR experience, preferably in a university or higher education institution.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR policy formulation, labour law compliance, and HR operations.
