- 3+8 years of relevant FP&A; / Business Finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing / pharma business preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for a agile and analytically strong Financial Planning & Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support. The role requires strong commercial understanding, analytical capability, and ability to work closely with leadership and business teams.
The candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance, strengthen reporting frameworks, and support growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
1 Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast)
- Prepare rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans
- Develop scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
2 Business & Performance Analysis
- Monthly MIS preparation with detailed performance insights
- Product/customer/channel profitability analysis
- Gross margin and contribution analysis
- Cost control and cost optimization analysis
3 Financial Modelling & Strategic Support
- Support pricing decisions and margin planning
- Support M&A; / business evaluation (if applicable)
4 Business Partnering and Support
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Strategy teams
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Support pricing decisions and margin planning
- Support M&A; / business evaluation
5 Process & Reporting Improvement
- Improve reporting frameworks and automation
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Strengthen financial discipline across departments
- Prepare board-level presentations and management decks
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Financial modelling expertise
- ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/other systems)
- Solid understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- Knowledge of Ind AS (working knowledge preferred)
