Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently and ensure timely availability of raw materials and services. The candidate should be detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and capable of maintaining proper inventory control and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure just-in-time purchase of all raw materials and services.
- Ensure economical purchase of all items while keeping Quality, Cost, and Delivery in mind.
- Carry out all purchases strictly through approved purchase orders.
- Verify received materials against the corresponding purchase order with respect to:
- Material description
- Ordered quantity
- Agreed purchase price

- Arrange purchased materials systematically to facilitate easy material issue and inventory control.
- Conduct physical inventory verification during month-end and reconcile stock with company records/books of accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory processes.
- Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory tracking is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
