As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Lenskart. You will engage with customers, understand their eyewear needs, guide them through our diverse product range, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their requirements, and assist them in choosing the right frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
- Sales Driving: Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively presenting product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store hygiene, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and managing billing/POS transactions smoothly.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries, handle minor grievances with patience, and ensure a seamless after-sales experience (orders, deliveries, and adjustments).

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers are highly welcome! Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality,



or customer service is a solid advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be confident, presentable, and eager to learn.
- Aptitude: Strong customer-handling skills with a natural flair for sales and relationship building.
