1. Responsible for screening to timely closure of required open positions.
2. Responsible for coordinating with Managers and business partners for perspective candidates.
3. Responsible for all positions, excellent in handling job portals. (Naukri.com, Linkedin)
4. Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Technically Strong, Positive knowledge of recruitment.
5. Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of positions
6. No delay in follow up with stakeholders and candidates, Focusing on proper screening of candidates.
