Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, Attract, onboard, and lead a team of 4–5 advisors & traders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for HNI client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage portfolio performance by monitoring market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and making informed decisions on behalf of clients.
- Foster robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and personalized service.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in derivatives trading, financial advisory, HNIs client handling.

- Proven track record of success in leading teams towards achieving sales targets and growing business revenue, Attract, onboard, and lead a team of 4–5 advisors & traders.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management principles and ability to analyze complex financial data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals (HNIs) at all levels.
