Roles & Responsibility

We are hiring a motivated SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (INDUSTRIAL VISITS) to handle industrial visits for promotion and sales of Industrial Automation and Spare Parts products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, business generation, and routine reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Visiting industrial customers, plants, and purchase /maintenance departments
- Promotion and sales of industrial automation spare parts and related products
- Generating enquiries, preparing quotations and closing orders
- Developing new customer accounts and maintaining existing relationships
- Following up on pending payments and ensuring timely collections
- Submitting daily sales visit reports and activity records
- Representing the company professionally in the market
- No sales target
- Digital Marketing campaign

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation added advantage

Experience

- 1- 3 years field sales experience (industrial / electrical / spare parts background preferred)
- Freshers with industrial knowledge may apply

Skills

- Robust communication and negotiation skills




- Ability to explain technical products simply
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, email)

Other Requirements

- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel for industrial visits in Madhya Pradesh and outside Madhya Pradesh ,PAN INDIA
- Discipline, honesty and professional work ethics
- Comfortable using mobile applications like WhatsApp & Excel
- Email typing plus Microsoft outlook Knowledge

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 25000 - 30000 per month

Incentives: New customer joining incentive/ bonuses - Rs. 2000 /customer with minimum first 3 orders . Travel Allowance: Local travel & outstation reimbursement as per company policy

Working Conditions

- 6 working days a week / Timing - 10.00 AM 6.00 PM .
- Job Location Dewas (M.P )
- 12 paid leave /year
