Our company, building the next generation of payment infrastructure, and we're looking for a seasoned "Head Banking Alliance & Strategic Partnerships" to lead our banking ecosystem and strategic growth initiatives.

This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and managed partnerships with Banks, Payment Aggregators, Payment Gateways, NBFCs, and Fintechs, and understands the complete digital payments landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, Payment Aggregators, Payment Gateways, NBFCs, and Fintech companies.
Drive partnerships across:
BBPS-AI, OU

UPI Collection
Payment Gateway
Static & Dynamic QR
Android POS
API Banking
Payout APIs
Escrow Solutions
Merchant Acquiring
Banking APIs
Lead commercial negotiations, including MDR, revenue sharing, transaction pricing, settlement models, T+0/T+1, ODS, and partnership commercials.
Work closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance,



Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, API integrations, certifications, UAT, and production go-live.
Identify recent business opportunities, expand strategic alliances, and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.

What We're Looking For
10-15 years of experience in Banking Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, Merchant Acquiring, or Digital Payments.
Deep understanding of India's payments ecosystem.
Proven experience in negotiating and closing partnerships with Banks, Payment Aggregators, or Fintech companies.
Strong industry network with decision-makers across banking and fintech will be a significant advantage.
