The CNC/VMC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. The role involves precision machining, adherence to safety standards, and supporting production efficiency under guided supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation Operate CNC/VMC machines for cutting, drilling, and shaping metal components.
- Programming & Setup – Assist in loading programs, setting tools, and preparing fixtures.
- Quality Inspection – Conduct dimensional checks using instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
- Maintenance Support – Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to ensure machine efficiency.
- Safety Compliance – Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized setting.
- Stipend - 18000/- per month for 8 hours.
