Role & responsibilities

As a Senior Manager/Manager in our Indirect Tax Department, you will be a key leader responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing complex projects. Your role includes:

- Client Portfolio Management: Taking proactive ownership of client relationships, reporting directly to Partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development: Actively contributing to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Technical Leadership: Developing innovative strategies to address complex technical challenges in indirect taxation.
- Litigation and Compliance: Independently handling compliances and litigation matters, including preparation of appeals and assessments and representation before the tax authorities.
- Project Management: Leading and managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:



Mentoring and developing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience for Manager and 8+ for Senior Manager in skilled services, including significant exposure to indirect tax matters.
- Deep expertise in GST and other indirect tax laws, with a proven track record in advisory and litigation support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving their professional development and growth.
- Visionary mindset, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance indirect tax processes and client solutions.
