Roles and Responsibilities :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design, implement, and support compensation management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in compensation planning, bonus management, variable pay processes, and integration with core HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into compensation cycle configurations.
- Configure compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planning processes.
- Design and implement merit increases, promotions, lump-sum awards, and bonus plans.




- Configure compensation statements, executive review tools, and role-based permissions.
- Integrate Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Variable Pay, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Support data imports, validations, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational compensation strategies.
