We are looking for a technology learning leader to drive the strategy and delivery of technical capability development across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the Technology Academy strategy and learning framework.
- Design technical learning pathways for software engineering, cloud, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity, and architecture.
- Partner with Technology leaders to identify capability gaps and future skills.
- Build competency frameworks, certification programs, and career development pathways.
- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern learning technologies to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience leading Learning & Development in a Technology workplace.
- Experience at Head/Director level in Technical Learning or Capability Development.
- Strong background in designing and implementing enterprise learning strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
