Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate software and web development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate software and web development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or blockers.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain project documentation.
- Perform basic testing and coordinate with the QA team before project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Solid project coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress, APIs, CMS, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
Budget: up to 25k Month
