Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qt Software Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Qt/C++ application development for medical devices, with experience in developing high-performance, reliable, and regulatory-compliant software for embedded or desktop healthcare systems. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware, QA, clinical, and regulatory teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Qt (Qt Widgets/QML) and C++.
- Develop GUI applications for healthcare/medical devices with a focus on usability and performance.
- Work closely with embedded software, firmware, and hardware teams for seamless device integration.
- Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Develop software adhering to healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging,



and performance optimization.
- Analyze customer requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Support software verification and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best engineering practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Qt Framework.
- Strong programming skills in C++ (C++11/14/17).
- Experience with Qt Widgets, Qt Quick, and QML.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Multithreading, IPC, and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of Linux application development.
- Experience with STL, design patterns, and software architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in debugging using GDB or similar tools.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Serial Communication, USB) is preferred.
