Job Description.
Customer Support in International Voice - Inbound calling experience only (Mandatory) Minimum 9 Months experience is required.
- Chat Experience will be an added advantage
- Handling inbound calls from customers across different countries.
- Documenting relevant information to facilitate efficient issue resolution and future reference.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
- Document call details and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
Shift timing: Rotational Night Shift
