About the role -
We are looking for around 2-4 Yrs exp - Delivery Operations to be based out of our Chennai office.

- Be responsible for planning and staffing for delivering value to customers / internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for compliance, staff utilization, employee satisfaction, operation health and delivery excellence etc.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience in Multi stakeholder management.
• Streamline and improve business processes, long-term business planning, and analyse the effectiveness of existing business
functions
- Required Experience, Skills & amp; Competencies:
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Problem Solving and decision-making Skills
• Solid team player skill
• Proficient at Excel
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• 2-4 years of experience in IT/ITeS industry
