Role Summary

The SAP Basis & Cloud Platform Expert will be responsible for the administration, support, integration, and operational governance of SAP landscapes within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will serve as a technical expert for SAP platform operations across the SAP RISE workplace, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), hybrid integrations, and cloud-based SAP services, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

SAP BTP Administration & Operations

- Administer and support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape, including:
- Global account, subaccount, and service administration
- User, role, and authorization management
- Cloud Identity Services configuration and support
- BTP architecture governance and best practices





- Manage lifecycle activities for BTP services, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Support onboarding and integration of new BTP services required for the S4 transformation program.

SAP RISE & Cloud Infrastructure Support

- Act as the liaison for SAP RISE operational activities.
- Identify, coordinate, and schedule SAP service requests related to:
- Operating system administration
- Database maintenance activities
- Infrastructure changes and support
