Responsibilities:
Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM 6 AM).
Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Education / Experience -

Hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
Have experience (or solid interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus!).
Willing to stay on campus.
