Human Resources Intern Talent Acquisition

Role Overview: We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR, build strong communication skills, and understand how a growing organization attracts top talent.

Duration of internship : 6 months

Location: Kurla(W), Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Screening: Assist recruiters in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals) and initial resume screening.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive interview experience.
- Database Management:



Maintain and update candidate records accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal trackers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-onboarding documentation and coordination for new hires to ensure a seamless day-one experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors or masters degree (specialization in HR or Business Administration is a plus).
- Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
