Job Title: Newgen Developer (IBPS / BPM Integration Specialist)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Newgen Developer (IBPS/BPM Integration Specialist) to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Newgen IBPS 4.x or above, iForms, workflow development, and enterprise application integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions that automate critical banking processes such as Loan Origination and Loan Servicing while integrating with Core Banking and Middleware systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement workflow solutions using Newgen IBPS 4.x or above.
- Develop and customize applications using Newgen iForms, Process Designer, Business Rules, and Workflow Engine.
- Design and maintain integrations between Newgen applications and Core Banking/Middleware systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Develop workflow solutions for banking business processes such as Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, and Disbursements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance, integrations, and application stability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment,



and post-production support.
- Prepare technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and integration specifications.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory guidelines.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience with Newgen IBPS 4.x or above
- Hands-on experience with Newgen BPM and Newgen iForms
