Role & responsibilities:

1) Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, execute, and manage ELV projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

2)Technical Design & Installation

- Develop and review technical drawings, layouts, and system designs for ELV systems.
- Supervise installation, testing, and integration of:

Fire Alarm Systems, Gas Suppression Systems, VESDA Systems

Water Leak Detection (WLD) Systems, Rodent Repellent Systems,

CCTV Surveillance Systems, Boom Barrier Systems

- Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate material procurement and verify technical compliance of supplied equipment.

3)Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final handover activities.
- Ensure proper functionality and integration of all ELV systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning stages.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.

4)Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end users.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical/project updates.




- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5)Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain project-related documentation including:

Technical submittals, Method statements, Inspection reports

Testing & commissioning reports, As-built drawings, Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare project closure and handover documentation.

6)Team Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Guide and support site engineers and technicians.
- Assist in improving project execution standards and technical processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of:

Fire Alarm Systems, Gas Suppression Systems, VESDA Systems,

Water Leak Detection (WLD) Systems, Rodent Repellent Systems,

CCTV Surveillance Systems, Boom Barrier Systems.

- Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in ELV project execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm, Gas Suppression, VESDA, WLD, Rodent, CCTV, and Boom Barrier systems.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
