About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Payroll professional to manage core HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee data, and HR analytics.

The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to consolidate information from multiple sources, create meaningful dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable HR insights to management.

What You'll Do

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including employee records, documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable compliances.
- Maintain and analyse employee, salary, payroll, appraisal, increment, promotion, attrition, and compensation data.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and create HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Analyse trends related to headcount, attrition, salary, payroll, employee costs, and other HR metrics.




- Support appraisal, increment, promotion, and compensation review processes through accurate data and analysis.
- Develop automated trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools using advanced Excel, macros, and VBA.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR and payroll processes and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure data integrity across all HR systems and reports.
- Support HRMS, payroll, and HR technology initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Generalist, or HR Analytics.
- Experience in an HR consultancy/payroll processing firm or as an in-house Payroll/HR Operations professional.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliances.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Excel automation, macros, and VBA.
- Experience working with large volumes of employee data and data from multiple sources.
- Strong ability to create dashboards, reports, and data-driven HR insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll software, and HR automation tools will be preferred.
