Handle end-to-end recruitment for aerospace manufacturing and support functions.

Understand manpower requirements from hrining managers and prepare JD.

Source candiadtes through Naukri linkedin,consultants,and social media.employee referrals,consultants.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews with departments heads & panel members.

Schedule interviews and maintain interviews status reports.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Negotiate salary within approved compensation structures and release offer letters.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers,candidate databases.& MIS reports
