Industry Preference: Hygiene Products (Baby Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Wet Wipes, Personal Care)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, process controls, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CAPA, RCA, 7 QC Tools, 8D, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Establish and monitor incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, finished goods inspection, and laboratory operations.
- Lead supplier quality management, customer complaint resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits; ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Develop quality KPIs, conduct management reviews, and present quality performance to leadership.
- Build a solid quality culture through training, coaching, and team development.




- Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure calibration, validation, testing, documentation, and laboratory compliance.
- Lead process improvements to reduce defects, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- 10 to15 years of quality management experience in the Hygiene, FMCG, Personal Care, or Disposable Products industry.
- Robust knowledge of Quality Systems, Supplier Quality, Laboratory Management, Customer Audits, and Process Improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA, RCA, 8D, and Statistical Quality Tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
