Role & responsibilities :

Tender Management

- Search and identify relevant tenders on portals such as GeM (Government E-Marketplace), IREPS, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications .
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents within stipulated deadlines.

Quotation & Pricing

- Prepare accurate quotations based on tender requirements and product specifications .
- Understand tender needs to determine appropriate pricing and quotation structures .
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation and necessary approvals .

CRM & Documentation

- Maintain records of tenders, quotations, clients, and order history in CRM systems .
- Generate quotations through CRM and ensure proper documentation.
- Organize and update all tender-related documents systematically .

Order Processing

- Handle end-to-end order processing after tender approval.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and dispatch.

Follow-ups & Coordination





- Conduct regular follow-ups (including field coordination) for order confirmation, delivery status, and payments .
- Ensure timely delivery of products as per agreed timelines .
- Track utstanding payments and follow up for collections.

Preferred candidate profile

A detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage tendering activities across multiple e-procurement platforms such as GeM and IREPS. The role involves tender searching, quotation preparation, CRM coordination, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling end-to-end tender operations. High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
