Job Description about BPO Executive

Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential customers to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for sales or marketing initiatives.



The goal is to create a robust pipeline of prospects for the business.

Sales & Marketing: Promote the companies products and services through persuasive communication, execute targeted promotional campaigns, and close sales opportunities effectively.

Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing customers to collect feedback, share updates, inform them about new
offerings, and maintain long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

Market Research: Conduct surveys and gather valuable insights to analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competition helping the company improve its strategies and offerings.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or appointments between potential or existing customers and the companies
sales or service representatives to facilitate smooth business interactions.

Qualification: Must have a Bachelors of Degree

Language Known: English ,Hindi ,Kannada ,Tamil ,Bengali ,Gujarati ,Telugu, English Mandatory
