- Design scalable and high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentoring, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct solution discussions, and provide technical consulting.
- Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flows and maintain or optimize Workflow Rules where applicable.
- Robust handson experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, Reports, Dashboards
- Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and support pre-sales activities.
- Lead both Salesforce development and application support initiatives, including issue resolution and production support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, performance, and deployment best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-12+ years of IT experience, including at least 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Salesforce Lightning Experience (LWC and Aura)
- Apex,



Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
- Salesforce Flows and Workflow Rules
- Reports and Dashboards
- Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets
- Salesforce deployment and release management

- Experience in Salesforce solution architecture and designing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience in both Salesforce development and production/application support.
- Experience working directly with clients, conducting requirement workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, estimates, and solution documentation.
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
