Key Responsibilities

- Supervise SS sheet metal fabrication for Vacuum Conveyor products.
- Plan and allocate daily fabrication work to the team.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Ensure cutting, bending, rolling, TIG welding, grinding, and assembly are completed as per quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality throughout the fabrication process.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Design teams to resolve fabrication issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Implement and maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Train and guide fabrication operators to improve productivity and workmanship.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.




- 510 years of experience in SS sheet metal fabrication, preferably in Vacuum Conveyors, Process Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
- Solid knowledge of TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and fabrication drawings.
- Experience in leading a fabrication team and achieving production targets.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SS304/SS316 fabrication.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and fabrication standards.
- Ability to manage fabrication activities independently and coordinate across departments.
