What will you do

We are seeking a motivated Engineer Enterprise Service Management (ITSM PMO) to support and strengthen IT service delivery and governance. This role is a blend of IT Service Management operations and Project Management Office (PMO) support, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both operational excellence and reporting/analytics.

This role will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality IT services, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving continuous service improvement through data-driven insights.

Additionally, the role requires stepping in as a Major Incident Manager (MIM), ensuring rapid response, coordination, and resolution of critical business-impacting incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily ITSM process including incidents, service requests, changes and Problems.
- Ensure adherence to SLA targets and service quality standards.
- Monitor and track service performance against SLAs and OLAs.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze trends and provide insights into service performance and improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reports.
- Support PMO activities including Status tracking, Dashboard preparation, Project reporting.
- Develop executive-level presentations with key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in governance and documentation activities.
- Act as Major Incident Manager when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
- Facilitate bridge calls and stakeholder communication during critical incidents

Qualification:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in IT Service Management / PMO support
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL foundation certification is preferred).
- Knowledge in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ Fresh service etc.).




- Good knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
