Job Title: Team Lead / Assistant Manager Healthcare Recruitment (RCM)

Location: Hyderabad- Open to travel to HYderabad for client meet

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Assistant Manager to lead our Healthcare Recruitment team, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment expertise in hiring healthcare professionals such as AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, Team Leads, QA, and other RCM roles. The candidate should have proven experience in team handling, client coordination, and driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare/RCM requirements.
Recruit for roles such as AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, Team Leads, Quality Analysts, Operations Managers, and other healthcare positions.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Coordinate with clients on requirement gathering, interview scheduling, feedback, and closures.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to recruitment KPIs.
Mentor and coach recruiters to improve sourcing quality and delivery.
Ensure quality candidate submissions and maintain recruitment compliance.
Prepare and share recruitment MIS,



hiring reports, and delivery updates with internal stakeholders and clients.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare skill sets.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Healthcare Recruitment and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Hands-on experience hiring AR Callers, Medical Coders, Trainers, QA, Team Leads, Managers, and other healthcare operations roles.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Robust team management and people development experience.
Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience
58+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a recruitment team.
Proven experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Experience working with healthcare staffing/consulting firms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience supporting multiple healthcare clients and managing high-volume hiring will be an added advantage.
