Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and eager-to-learn FRM Trainee to support our Fraud
Risk Management team. The role will involve coordination with Credit and Operations
teams, vendor follow-ups, preparation of review presentations, and support in post-
disbursement verification activities.
This position is suitable for someone who has good communication skills, is proactive in
follow-ups, street smart in handling day-to-day coordination, and is keen to build a
career in risk and operations within the financial services industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for FRM-related activities.
Follow up with vendors and verification agencies to ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
Support Post Disbursement Verification (PDV) activities and track pending cases.
Prepare PPTs, MIS reports, trackers, and data summaries for review and
management meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with various teams for updates discrepancies, and pending actions.




Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of assigned coordination activities.
Assist the FRM team in day-to-day operational and reporting activities.
Support process improvement initiatives and other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
0-6 months of internship or work experience in operations, backend support,
verification, coordination, risk, or any related function.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling follow-ups independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Quick learner, proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Candidates who are street smart, adaptable, and eager to learn current processes will be preferred.
