About the role : What we are looking for: A seasoned builder who thinks "AI-first." You have deep expertise in architectural design, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and optimizing complex AI systems. You don't just use AI tools you architect AI-driven ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own solutions end-to-end - translate ambiguous requirements into a clear technical approach, then design, build, and deploy it.
- Build agentic systems - single- and multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory, planning loops, and orchestration for real use cases.
- Build NLP solutions - from data prep and model selection through to evaluation and deployment.
- Design and ship RAG pipelines - embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and grounding for production reliability.




- Recommend the right approach - choose appropriate models, frameworks, and architectures, and clearly justify the trade-offs (cost, latency, accuracy, maintainability).
- Engineer for production - write robust, tested, well-documented code; handle errors and edge cases; build with security and reliability in mind. Integrate AI into real systems - expose solutions via APIs/services and connect them to databases and existing applications.
- Monitor and improve - instrument solutions, track behaviour and quality in production, and iterate.
