- Facility layout study and Bottleneck Analysis for the system capacity
- Design DOE and facilitate alternative generation for the gaps observed in the System Capacity from the target
- Experience of European OEMs / USA OEMs is an advantage
- Worked in Plant environment for validation & optimization
- Experience of Industrial & Plant Engineering projects of Global OEMs & Tier1s.
- Training & Managing project teams

- Writing operation codes in Siemens - Plant Simulation software, using inputs such as cycle time, Layout & Process etc
- Line balancing & manpower allocation with MTM analysis
- Creating process documents and work instructions
- Positive in Communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Have background of applying TOC theories and statistics.
- Education:
- BE,/B tech in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
