Role & responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize ML/DL models to solve real-world business problems
- Work on NLP tasks including transformer-based models (BERT, Whisper), intent analysis, and time-series analysis
- Fine-tune and optimize large models using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and quantization
- Deploy ML models into production using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, scalability, and reliability
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)
- Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP techniques, Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, Whisper), time-series analysis, intent analysis, and speech processing
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with ML model deployment (Flask/FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
