Role & Responsibilities

- Operate production machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Carry out basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Update stock records in Excel or inventory registers.
- Check stock availability and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain daily production and inventory reports.
- Follow company safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 24 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or food processing company.
- Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in inventory or stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- ITI (Electrician/Fitter), Diploma, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work in shifts if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
