About Position:
The MSPA Lead (also referred to as MSPA / UiPath Dev Lead) is a critical delivery role responsible for leading end-to-end automation development using the MSPA (Microsoft Power Automate) platform within large-scale RPA transformation and migration programs. This role acts as the bridge between architecture, business requirements, and execution teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable automation delivery across multiple processes and pods.

What You'll Do:
- The MSPA Lead is responsible for leading development teams and ensuring smooth execution of automation delivery across assigned processes and releases.
- This includes managing end-to-end lifecycle activities such as requirement understanding, solution design alignment, development, testing support, and deployment.
- A key aspect of the role involves translating high-level architecture into detailed design and technical implementation.
- The MSPA Lead works with SMEs and business stakeholders to understand process workflows and convert them into automation solutions aligned with MSPA platform capabilities.
- The role also includes planning and prioritizing development tasks across multiple use cases, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely completion of deliverables.
- As part of an agile delivery model, the MSPA Lead contributes to user story creation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management activities.
- Additionally, the MSPA Lead is responsible for maintaining code quality and enforcing development standards, including best practices for exception handling, logging, reusability, and performance optimization.
- The lead conducts code reviews, provides technical guidance to developers, and ensures adherence to organizational governance frameworks and SDLC processes.
- The role also involves coordinating with QA teams for system integration testing (SIT), UAT support, defect resolution, and stabilization phases to ensure smooth production rollout.
Expertise You'll Bring:

- Relevant experience: Between 8 to 12 Years.
- An MSPA Lead should have strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), RPA frameworks, and end-to-end automation lifecycle management.
- Experience with UiPath and migration from legacy automation platforms to MSPA is highly desirable, especially in large-scale transformation programs.
- The role requires solid understanding of system integration, APIs, data handling, and application automation across platforms such as SAP, web applications, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of solution frameworks, reusable components, and automation accelerators is essential for efficient delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to evaluate process feasibility, identify optimization opportunities, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Leadership and Collaboration The MSPA Lead plays a key role in mentoring and guiding developers, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices across the team.
- The role involves working in a POD-based delivery model, collaborating with architects, process analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of automation initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for coordinating across distributed teams, handling dependencies,
and providing regular status updates on delivery progress.
- Qualifications Typically, an MSPA Lead requires 610 years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on exposure to RPA/automation technologies and at least 35 years in a lead or senior developer role.
- A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as applicable for the role.
