Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until joining and minimize offer dropouts.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire,



Offer Acceptance Rate, and Joining Ratio.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is an added advantage.
