- Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical materials, components, HT & LT panels, electrical control panels, and related equipment
- Prepare and execute purchase plans based on production schedules, project requirements, and inventory levels
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard new vendors to ensure a reliable and competitive supplier base
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings and improve procurement efficiency
- Generate purchase orders and manage procurement activities through SAP
- Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, delivery, and service levels
- Prepare and maintain Purchase MIS reports, procurement dashboards, cost analyses, and monthly management reports




- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Stores, QA, and Finance departments for seamless procurement operations
- Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify current products, suppliers, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards
- Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships.
