Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst AS400 with strong hands-on experience in Lawson ERP (Mandatory). The ideal candidate should have expertise in AS400 application development, Lawson support, RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, SQL, CL, and ERP integrations. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Lawson applications while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPG, RPGLE, COBOL, SQL, and Control Language (CL).
- Provide functional and technical support for Lawson ERP applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Lawson modules and third-party systems.
- Create SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and automated notifications to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain Lawson Process Flows and automate business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and testing artifacts.
- Enhance web-based interfaces and improve overall application usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in AS400 application development.
- Mandatory experience with Lawson ERP.
- Robust experience in RPG, RPGLE, COBOL, SQL, and AS400 Control Language (CL).
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Lawson applications.
- Knowledge of interface development, system integrations, and data exchange.
- Strong SQL skills for report generation and data analysis.
- Experience in application testing, debugging, and production support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Lawson Interface Desktop (LID).
- Experience developing Lawson Process Flows.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business process automation.
- Experience improving web-based user interfaces.
- Exposure to reporting and dashboard development.
