We are looking for a skilled Lead II - Software Testing with 10+ years of experience, including team lead experience. The ideal candidate should have exposure to Microservice Architecture and expertise in UI Testing, API Testing, Basic DB Testing, and Negative Testing.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the software testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in software testing, including team lead experience.




- Strong knowledge of Microservice Architecture and its applications.
- Proficiency in UI Testing, API Testing, Basic DB Testing, and Negative Testing.
- Experience with Automation (App/API) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
