Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Structural Head to lead the structural engineering and design function for industrial, warehousing, logistics, and large-scale commercial projects.

The role will be responsible for providing technical leadership across structural design, engineering coordination, design review, value engineering, consultant management, and project execution support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PEB structures, structural steel, RCC structures, large-span warehouses, industrial buildings, and logistics facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead structural design and engineering activities for industrial and warehouse projects.
- Handle structural design for PEB, structural steel, RCC, and large-span structures.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, Civil, Planning, and Project Execution teams.
- Manage structural consultants and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during project execution.
- Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural modifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, NBC, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.




- Lead and mentor the structural design team.
- Ensure projects meet required quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in Structural Engineering and Design.
- Extensive experience in PEB and structural steel design.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and industrial structure design.
- Experience in large-span warehouse and industrial building structures.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, NBC, and international structural standards.
- Experience in structural design review, technical audits, and consultant management.
- Strong understanding of value engineering and cost optimization.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Qualification & Experience

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering and design.
- - Experience in handling industrial, warehousing, logistics, PEB, and large-scale commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates currently working as Structural Head, Head Structural Design, Design Head, Structural Design Manager, or Senior Structural Engineering Manager will be preferred.
