- Support commercial packaging development and changes for marketed pharmaceutical products
- Assist in current product introduction (NPI) and co-ordination of packaging trials at plant level
- Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and MPCs
- Coordinate execution of artwork and labeling changes as per customer or regulatory requirements
- Provide shopfloor support to resolve packaging issues, deviations, and rejections
- Assist in Packaging Material Operational Excellence initiatives such as scrap reduction, efficiency improvement, and cost saving
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and Procurement teams
- Support vendor coordination for material trials and issue resolution
