Role Overview

The Warehouse Officer / Executive role presents an exciting opportunity to manage critical materials management and warehousing operations in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include overseeing receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, coordinating sampling activities with Quality Control, maintaining inventory and dispensing records, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety norms. The ideal candidate has relevant warehouse experience, a solid eye for documentation and detail, familiarity with materials handling procedures, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Quality, Operations, and Housekeeping teams. A Challenging Task

- Responsible for all materials (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Recalled and Return goods) receipts, identification, storage, and issues as per the procedures.
- Responsible for handling of records and documents related to materials receipt, storage, and issues.
- Responsible for handling of Re-test, Rejected, and Expired materials with documentation as per the defined procedure.
- Responsible for handling of equipment related to Operations and Calibration verifications.
- Responsible for dispensing activities related to BMR, BPR, and MRNs.
- Responsible for monitoring the temperature and humidity in all the warehouses and reviewing the respective records and documents.




- Responsible for online entries of activities like cleaning, calibrations, operations, indexes, schedules, and inventory records, etc.

A Convincing Background

- MBA / M. Com / M.Sc. or any relevant qualification in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- 03 to 05 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Relevant experience in Warehouse / Materials Management within a pharmaceutical cGMP-regulated environment.
- Experience with receipt, storage, sampling coordination, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Exposure to inventory management, dispensing activities (BMR/BPR/MRN), and documentation practices.
- Understanding of cGMP norms, safety procedures, and calibration/equipment handling in a warehouse setup.
- Familiarity with temperature/humidity monitoring and related record-keeping requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems,



along with good communication skills.
