Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop PowerShell scripts for:
- Auto-healing desktop issues (Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, application failures)
- Network issue remediation (connectivity, DNS, VPN, latency issues)

- Implement self-healing / auto-remediation workflows for proactive issue resolution
- Work with One Engine platform to:

- Orchestrate automation workflows across distributed environments
- Enable RPA-driven desktop automation use cases

- Develop reusable automation modules for incident prevention and remediation
- Use PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) for application packaging, installation, and deployment
- Integrate scripts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for automated ticket resolution
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of scripts
- Document automation workflows, scripts, and configurations
- Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve system efficiency

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting
- Proven experience in endpoint automation and desktop issue remediation
- Experience in developing auto-healing / self-remediation scripts




- Familiarity with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)
- Understanding of:
- Windows OS internals (services, registry, processes, file system)
- Desktop application troubleshooting
- Network diagnostics (DNS, IP, connectivity issues)

- Experience working with automation/orchestration platforms
- Ability to develop independent, production-grade solutions
- Strong debugging and analytical skills

Valuable to Have

- Experience with One Engine platform or similar RPA/orchestration tools
- Exposure to:
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and frameworks
- Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Nexthink, etc.)

- Integration experience with:

- ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- REST APIs for automation triggers

- Knowledge of event-driven automation and monitoring systems
- Experience working in enterprise-scale endpoint environments
