Job Responsibilities

Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart, and the company website.

Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across all sales channels.

Update website content, product information, and promotional campaigns.

Handle customer order queries, returns, and marketplace operations.

Generate sales and inventory reports to track performance.

Identify opportunities to expand to new online marketplaces.

Requirements

13 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and online marketplaces.

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms is preferred.

Valuable knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and MS Excel.

Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
